Hello and thanks for stopping by today. My card is for the latest Global Design Project Challenge - CASE the Designer and Chalett Mallett's gorgeous card below is my inspiration.
I've chosen to CASE Charlet's layout for my card. I love her layers and its perfect balance!
I'm so happy Coastal Cabana is back - it's one of my favourite colours! Can you tell? The striped paper is from the Brights 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Collection, then I've added a piece of DSP from the Tea Room Specialty DSP. Next is a Coastal Cabana Doily - these also come in Flirty Flamingo, Grapefruit Grove and Old Olive, and Happy Birthday is from the Lemon Zest Stamp Set.
To create and co-ordinate my dragonflies I water coloured a piece of Shimmery White cardstock with Coastal Cabana ink and then die cut them using the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits.
I added 3 Iridescent Sequins - these are fabulous as they take on the colours around them so you don't have to match them up exactly.
