CASEING THE CATTY CTC 185 - BEST ROUTE

Welcome to this week's CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Our inspiration this week comes from The Best Route Suite on pages 52-65 of the Annual Catalogue.  You may have arrived here from seeing Sandra's gorgeous project if you're hopping along already. If you started here, welcome and please make sure to visit all the Design Team's blogs, the next button at the end of this post will take you on your journey.

This week my inspiration came from the "Thanks"  card below on page 55 of the Annual Catalogue.

It's such a pretty card, I love the colours, layers and design!

For my card I've used the Petal Palette Stamp Set. The flowers are embossed in white and coloured in Poppy Parade and Old Olive with Pacific Point around the outside on Watercolour cardstock. I've attached a zigzag strip from the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty DSP to the watercoloured cardstock before adhering it to the Poppy Parade card base.

"Especially for you" comes from the new Botanical Bliss Stamp Set and it is stamped in Poppy Parade on Petal Pink cardstock. A little bow in Whisper White Solid Baker's Twine and three Iridescent Sequin complete my card.

Here's a list of supplies I used:

Stamp Set: Petal Palette, Botanical Bliss

Inks: Versamark, Pacific Point, Poppy Parade, Old Olive

Papers: Poppy Parade, Watercolour, Petal Pink, Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty DSP

Accessories: Whisper White Solid Baker's Twine, Iridescent Sequin
Tools: Heat Tool

Adhesives: Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals, Tear & Tape
Techniques: Watercolouring
