STAMPING SOCIETY NOVEMBER BLOG HOP | POINSETTIA PLACE SUITE


Hello and welcome to the Stamping Society's November Blog Hop and Monthly Tutorial. I love being part of this team of amazingly talented Stampin' Up!® demonstrators from around the world.

Our theme this month is the Poinsettia Place Suite from the Mini Catalogue. Here's a sneak peek of the gorgeous creations everyone has made.

I traditionally associate Poinsettias with red but today I decided to try them in Flirty Flamingo with a Pool Party background! I white embossed the bracts, water-coloured them and layered them onto a Stitched Rectangle that had been sponged with Pool Party. I also stamped some circle images in Versamark, they are just visible under the Poinsettia. The white card base has been white embossed with the leaf image.


A cluster of Rhinestones finish off my Poinsettia along with a generous flick of Frost White Shimmer Paint and some sequins.
