Hello and welcome to July's Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! This month the theme is Designer Series Paper, I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone has created! Please be sure to hop all the way around for lots of inspirational projects created by the design team.
I love Stampin' Up's Designer Series Paper, it's always so versatile and the co-ordination is perfect. For my card I've chosen the Pansy Patch DSP, this paper is so pretty and I didn't want to cover much of it up! I picked out Polished Pink from the DSP colours and used that as my co-ordinating colour.
A band of Polished Pink Cardstock has been cut with a die from the Basic Borders Dies and embossed with the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder. I've wrapped some White Baker's Twine around the band and added Happy Birthday from the Artistically Inked Stamp Set. A trio of pearls add to my simple but sweet card.
I added a little love to the inside of my card too! A sentiment stamped in Polished Pink, a strip of the DSP, a fussy-cut pansy and a little bow finish off the inside.
