GLOBAL DESIGN PROJECT #317 | COLOUR CHALLENGE

Welcome to my blog! Today I'm sharing the card I made for this week's Global Design Project 317 | Colour Challenge. What are your favourite challenges? I usually find colour challenges the hardest but I love these colours, and you'll often find me wearing them!

I enjoyed creating with these colours and the layout so much that I ended up making three variations of the same card.

All the cards have the super cute Christmas trees cut from pieces of water-coloured paper in the challenge colours. This card has the Blushing Bride panel embossed with the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder and the Basic White panel cut from one of the Scalloped Contours Dies.

For the Blushing Bride panel I stamped the Knit Together stamp in Versamark to create a subtle background and then layered up a Basic White panel cut from the Nature's Thoughts Dies.

And lastly this has the Blushing Bride panel stamped again with the Knit Together stamp but this time with the Blushing Bride ink and a splattering of Smoky Slate ink.
